The free postage promotion only uses standard postage service and goods are sent at customers own risk. We Highly
recommend you take the registered postage option on orders of $100 and
over to insure them against loss or damage in the post. Express post does not include the registered post option and may be left in your letterbox.
Registered post option is a small price to pay to protect your goods.
Prices displayed do not include shipping/postage costs. Shipping/postage costs are calculated during checkout, relevant to your location. We can even ship/post to your destination if you are on holidays, we can even have your orders sent to the nearest post office for your collection.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. International orders will be between 7-21 business days depending on you location. Express shipping is available. Overnight to capital cities Aust Wide and 1 working day to regional areas. International express is 3 to 10 working days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days
The website has a postage calculator to work out your postage costs prier to making purchase please place your order in a shopping cart to view shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on product size and weight, small orders may seem to have high postage costs for one or two items this is due to the postage being worked out on parcel rates and will become more cost effective with more items.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
Tracking:
Tracking is only provided with Insured/Registered Post and Express Post option through Aust Post website.
Free Post and Regular Post option are not tractable and are posted at customers own risk.
For the little more that it costs we highly recommend you take to take the Insured/Registered Post option to protect your goods from loss of damage in the post.
