FREE Post  for Australia Wide (ONLY)

To keep our website FREE POST we ask members to help us by waiting until they need a few items before completing checkout. Even though we offer free post we have to pay Aust Post and Couriers to deliver goods out of our slim profit margins. If small value orders are placed under  $20  Order will ether be put on hold waiting for more items or refunded. No one likes to pay postage when shopping on line and we need our members to help us keep our website this way..

Please note: Our postage is picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4pm.
All order placed after 2pm on theses days will be posted on the following postage day.

International order: Please contact us after placing your order for postage costs. We will only charge the cost price to have international order posted. 

Free Post:
is sent via normal postal service via Aust Post, this service do not include tracking nor insurance and is posted at customers own risk, for higher cost orders we highly recommend you use the registered postage option to protect your good from loss of damage in transit.

Correct full name, In the event your order is undeliverable it will be returned to your local post office. 
To collect your goods from the post office you will need to show proof of ID to collect the goods.

Correct current email address,
Payment received and item sent notification notices are sent to customers via email and correspondence regarding your purchase, Please insure your email address is correct.
Correct current postal address, If goods are returned to us due to incorrect address in customers details, customer will be charged a second postage charge to have goods resent.
Correct currant phone number, In the event of express or insured post requires a phone number of precipitants to be declared on goods.

Customer Service Policy
Rig Master Tackle is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-7 business days depending on location with in Australia; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.

Refund/Returns Policy:
Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. A polite email is the best way to start if there is a problem with your order.  At our discretion we can ether issue a refund, exchange the goods or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, incorrect item has been sent, differs from the description on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
If a "polite" message is sent in most all cases we will be more than happy to solve the problem, if threatening or rude message sent: disputes openened before we are given a chance to resolve the issue they will ether be deleted or ignored.  At our discretion the customer is responable for the return post charges.

Check/Money Order:
Use this option if you want to pick up tour order.
If you want to pay via Check / Money Order use this option during checkout. Please Note:..A fee of $10.00 is required for us to process the Check / Money Order. Please add the fee amount to your Check / Money Order.
Bank Deposit is a better option:  Payment can be made at any Westpac branch over the counter.
